We’re exploring a monthly facial membership for Lacia in Stockton-on-Tees. The aim is to make regular facial care easy to understand and easy to plan.
Your skin and suitability would guide the treatment. You would always know what is included, what costs extra and how the membership works before joining.
This is a proposal, not a live subscription. No payments or membership sign-ups are being taken.

Can I join now?
Not yet. This is a membership proposal for review. The price, treatment inclusions and full terms must be confirmed before anyone can join or make a payment.
What would be included?
The proposal includes one deluxe facial per month and time to check in with your skin. The final facial length, stages and products will be listed before launch.
Could I choose another treatment?
The proposal allows you to ask about a suitable facial upgrade and pay an agreed difference. Microneedling, chemical peels and any future injectable aesthetics are not automatically included. Any alternative depends on suitability and the final menu.
What if I miss a month?
Our proposed arrangement allows one unused facial to roll into the following month. Appointment availability and the full rules for unused sessions, pauses and cancellations will be clearly explained before membership opens.
Would I be tied into a long contract?
We propose a rolling monthly membership with no annual commitment. Cancellation before the next renewal would stop the next monthly charge. This is a draft model; the final billing, cancellation and refund terms are still to be agreed.
